Overview

DB/DBW series are pilot‑operated pressure relief valves. DB type is used for system pressure limitation. DBW type integrates a solenoid directional valve, realizing pressure limitation plus electromagnetic unloading function. Available nominal sizes: NG10, NG15, NG20, NG25, NG30, NG32. Three mounting forms: subplate mounting, threaded pipe mounting and cartridge insert mounting. Multiple pressure grades up to 35 MPa, maximum flow capacity reaches 650 L/min. Four pilot oil supply‑drain combinations: internal‑internal, internal‑external, external‑internal, external‑external. Remote control port X enables remote unloading or dual‑pressure switching. Multiple pressure adjustment options: adjustment knob, hex bolt with protective cover, lockable handwheel. AC / DC solenoid coils are optional for DBW model, with manual override button available. Manufactured under ISO9001 quality management system and CE certified.

Applications

Widely used in hydraulic power units, injection‑molding machines, hydraulic presses, metallurgical and construction machinery. Used for system over‑pressure safety protection, pressure limiting, remote unloading and dual‑pressure circuit switching.

Notes

1. System filtration accuracy must reach at least 20 μm to extend valve service life.
2. Manifold mounting surface requirement: flatness 0.01 mm/100 mm, surface roughness Ra0.8.
3. Tightening torque of mounting bolts shall strictly follow the specification table.
4. This product does not come with manifold / base plate; order separately if required.
5. Select correct pilot oil supply‑drain mode according to your hydraulic system design.
